Shipping times quoted include:
- Up to 2 business days where your order will be processed and prepared for shipment
- Tracking information is sent directly to our system within 24 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse
- Orders for multiple items may ship from different warehouses and arrive at different times. In these cases we'll send you an email notification for each shipment.
- We unfortunately are unable to expedite orders or provide guarantee delivery dates.
Large parcel service / room of choice
Orders including Assembled Dressers or Multiple Furniture Pieces will be shipped by a large parcel carrier and includes Room of Choice Delivery.
Our Room of Choice delivery features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside, and place them in the room of your choosing. Option is only available for orders of 4 or more furniture goods. Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each). Freight Elevators for apartments are okay.

Unboxing, debris removal and assembly is not included in this service.
A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Unsuccessful delivery attempts within the agreed appointment time may incur an additional fee. When applicable, please make note of any issues on the paperwork.
Delivery time for these orders is 10 -20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.
Smartpost Details
Our smallest packages (wood swatches) ship via Smart Post. The final delivery is handled by USPS.

No signature is required upon delivery for Small Parcel or Smart Post. Unfortunately, we are unable to upgrade the shipping service or speed.
